I have had a great day today snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef. I didn’t manage to find Nemo although a few of the others did. This was my third time I have been on a snorkling trip on my travels, and they have all been great with each time being very different. Pictures will be uploaded later as they are currently being developed.

Unfortunately the plan to do a dive did not go too well. After lunch we got all kitted up and into the water. Then a couple of minutes of breathing with just our faces under the water before going down a little to have a practice at emptying water from our masks and regulator. All this was fine, however whist waiting for the the next person to have a practice something suddenly made me feel uncomfortable and scared so up I went. Despite a couple more tries I was unable to get back under the water and feel comfortable with being there. So off came the dive gear and back on with the snorkel for another great snorkel.
